“No legs or too many legs, sticky, cold, long bald tail, scary teeth, sounds that don’t remind of a child”, herpetologist and head of a Latvian Zoo lists the characteristics that makes us, humans, look at some of other animals with great suspicion. Based on this observation, the short film “Darwin’s darlings” is created — a thirteen-minute anthropological comedy in front of a zoo terrarium glass, which observes animals on both sides of the separating glass.
