BALTIC SHORTS RESIDENCY is an intensive short film script development residency program dedicated to the filmmakers from the Baltic countries who are willing to dive deep into the writing process along with the professional consultations. Its purpose is to give selected scriptwriters or directors the opportunity to develop a new short film script with the help of scriptwriting consultant Anna Ciennik while staying at the most impressive architectural ensembles in the Vilnius region — Trakų Vokė Manor.
At the beginning of the residency, 3 selected participants will have an intensive script development group workshop and individual consultations with Anna Ciennik on site in Trakai Vokė Manor, followed by 2 weekly individual online sessions during the period of the residency (18 May-4 June).
After the residency program participants are committed to apply to the newest edition of the Baltic Pitching Forum.
The 7th edition of BALTIC SHORTS RESIDENCY will take place in May 18 – June 4 at Trakų Vokė Manor.

The Baltic Shorts Residency is organised by “Lithuanian Shorts” with the support of the Lithuanian Council for Culture. The project is sponsored by the Vilnius City Municipality.
