Women professionals from the audiovisual industries in the Baltic states are encouraged to apply for the fifth edition of the “Baltic Women in Film Mentorship” programme. As the only initiative of its kind in the region, the programme is tailored to support up-and-coming talent across various roles in the film and audiovisual industries. It aims to nurture professional development, strengthen skills, and inspire the creation of new audiovisual projects.
Organised by the Lithuanian Short Film Agency “Lithuanian Shorts”, the next edition will take place from October 2025 to April 2026. The open call for the “Baltic Women in Film Mentorship” 2025–2026 is open till 10 August.
